Geneva Coan of Gypsy Moon Cake Co.
There are bakers, and then there’s the kind of baker who seems to carry a little stardust in her apron pocket. The founder of Gypsy Moon Cake Co., she’s been mixing, whisking, and dreaming in butter and sugar since she was young—long before she knew it would become her life’s work. For the past ten years, her bakery has been a place where imagination rises right alongside the dough. Every cake is a story, every flavor a small adventure, and every creation unmistakably hers. With a style that’s equal parts artistry, intuition, and pure joy, she’s built a reputation as the baker you call when you want something unforgettable—something that feels like it could only come from Gypsy Moon.
